Midget Spring/Summer '2010' Training Starts June 28th

Knowing what it takes to go to the next level I have intentionally chosen this format to maximize focus on the most important training aspect prior to try-outs and the up-coming season, SKATING+DRYLAND= CONDITIONING + work ethic build Champions!
This camp is designed specifically for those players looking to move on to Midget, Midget (AA,AAA), Junior or Collegiate Programs. My main goal is to ensure that every player attending de Midget/Junior Camp will be physically and mentally prepared for the upcoming season.
The Dryland workouts will have drills and exercises to improve agility, strength and endurance such as ply-metrics, quick feet exercises, agility drills, sprints and much more. The On-Ice sessions will include drills to improve puck handling, shooting, passing, 1 on 1, 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 battles, defensive positioning, offensives awareness.
